Our story
Annette is the founder of The Blooming Decorator and the landscape designer behind all gardens.
Annette has 30 years of professional horticulture experience with an Associates Degree in Horticulture. She custom designs all projects that are contracted through the Blooming Decorator and will work closely with clients throughout the entire process.
Her process is personalized to each client, and Annette keeps a close eye on the gardens that are installed through the Blooming Decorator. Gardens are designed around the homeowner’s lifestyle with the intention of it being easy to care for and enhance the value of the home.
Meet the Team
Lisa Marstiller and Laura Heitland have been with Blooming Decorator since the beginning. They both have an eye for design and passion for making a home beautiful.
Lisa is a graphic designer by trade, and supports Annette’s designs through hand drawing her sketches so that each homeowner receives a custom hand drawn design. Many homeowners choose to hang it on their wall.
Laura supports Annette with marketing, business development and scheduling. During the planting season, you will also spot Lisa and Laura in the field installing one of a kind annual displays and containers. They are both a joy to have on the team and a crucial part of the business.
